About the role:

As a Digital Specialist, you will collaborate with the Digital team across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for our clients.

You will be a key member of the Digital team and are responsible for delivering innovative and strategic digital planning. You will take the lead on identifying and creating plans and strategies which align with client goals while also providing guidance to the consultants and other team members.

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

  1. Be the primary point of contact for your clients for Digital Planning.
  2. Fully understand client business objectives and ensure these are translated into meaningful digital platform strategies.
  3. Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs, etc.
  4. Be responsible for mentoring junior members of your team to increase quality and performance on your clients.
  5. Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of yours and junior team members' work.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend/income for your clients to ensure suppliers are paid on time, and clients are invoiced on time.
  7. Ensure you are completing timesheets in an accurate and timely manner to enable the business to complete channel and client profitability/resource analysis.
  8. Manage the setup, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Biddable Planning and Buying.
  2. Good understanding of planning and buying campaigns across various strategies, channels, and buying models.
  3. Practical expertise in planning, buying, and campaign management on self-service biddable platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SA360, FB/IG, TikTok, Snapchat, DV360, CM360.
  4. Experience in leading and collaborating with others, internal and external.
  5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize for self and others (junior team members).
  6. Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget management.
  7. Self-Starter who demonstrates initiative.
  8. Business fluent in English, German would be a big plus, any other local language skills a bonus.
  9. Great business and negotiating skills.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills.
  11. Solid understanding of digital advertising products and ad serving technologies.
  12. Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics.
  13. Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  14. Solutions-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
  15. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  8. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

The candidate should have working rights for Switzerland.
