How you will make an impact:

  • Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy for the SCM, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and analyze pain points in existing SCM processes and propose digital solutions to streamline operations and increase effectiveness.
  • Technology Implementation: Lead the implementation of Celonis within PUCH.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Your background:

  • You are an experienced procurement professional, with hands-on experience in operational procurement, preferably in the energy or engineering industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or several years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams sustainably through change in complex environments while maintaining a high-performance attitude.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to work across multiple functions and cross-culturally, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana), MS Office.
