I am working with one of Europe's fastest-growing independent advisory firms, assisting them to hire Transaction Services Senior Consultants and Managers for their office in Zurich. This company is experiencing incredible growth with ambitions to double in size and expand outside of Europe by 2025. The role:
As a Transaction Services Senior/Manager, you will work on planning, executing, and delivering Transaction Services (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients. From the beginning, you will receive intensive training on the job to deepen your understanding of the mechanisms of buy and sell-side M&A processes.

- 3+ years' professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm (Big 4 preferred)
- Some prior exposure to Transaction Services (financial due diligence) is highly desirable

- Fluent in English and ideally German
