The opportunity

Our Tax Services Reward team is focused on helping our clients manage the complex challenges in executive/board rewards, pensions/benefits, corporate transactions, and broader-based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, equity programs, grading, and performance management.

As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients on large and small-scale projects across multiple sectors and industries. Skills and attributes for success
  • A recognized diploma in Economics or Finance, with a solid understanding of HR topics
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting
  • Experience in key employee retention, compensation and benefits programs, conducting remuneration surveys, and supporting the management of a company’s remuneration offerings. Knowledge of market trends in rewards and key drivers, as well as an HR generalist background, is highly desirable
  • Excellent proficiency in English; German is considered an asset
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create effective data presentations
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to apply methodical and rigorous approaches
  • A true team player, committed to long-term team investment
  • Experienced in growth, sales, and leadership, particularly for executive hires
