Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our financial operations in Pully at 100%. The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the accounting field.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
  • Process accounts payable transactions
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Respond to internal and external financial inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes

Requirements
  • Internship or prior 1-2 years experience in an accounting-related role in Switzerland
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices - Swiss CO or/and GAAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Dynamics BC 365 is a strong asset)
  • Fluent in English and French (German is a strong asset)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork. Strong interpersonal skills. Proactive
