Vous serez le lien essentiel entre les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir la qualité, la performance et l’exploitabilité des solutions déployées. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Analyser les solutions en termes de processus, données et interfaces utilisateurs.
- Transformer les besoins des parties prenantes en exigences métier et techniques claires.
- Documenter, tester et accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des solutions.
- Veiller à la satisfaction des utilisateurs, à la gestion des incidents et au respect des SLA.
- Favoriser une communication fluide et efficace entre les équipes métiers et IT.
Qualifications requises :
- Solide expérience en tant que Proxy Product Owner ou Business Analyst.
- Maîtrise des outils de modélisation (UML, BPMN) et expertise dans la rédaction d’exigences métier et techniques (user stories, cas d’utilisation).
- Compétences confirmées en méthodologies agiles et en élaboration de stratégies de test.
- Certifications reconnues telles que CSPO, PSPO ou SAFe PO/PM, avec une bonne connaissance des principes ITIL.
- Expérience significative dans le déploiement ou la gestion de solutions ERP internes.
- Qualités personnelles : curiosité, rigueur, capacité à travailler en équipe et à s'adapter rapidement.
- Langues : Français courant, Anglais technique courant, Allemand fortement souhaité.
