Deine Aufgaben – mehr gestalten
  • Du trittst als Partner : in an der Seite unserer Relationship Manager : innen bei der Akquisition und in der individuellen Betreuung unserer Key Clients auf und unterstützt und entlastest sie vollumfänglich im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Erledigung von telefonischen Kundenanliegen, Teilnahme an Kundenbesprechungen inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung, Onboarding von Kundenbeziehungen, Aufarbeitung und Koordination von Finanzierungsanfragen, Unterstützung in der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Offerten und Vermögenskonzepten, Administration und Korrespondenz, Kundenpflege.
  • Du stehst in telefonischem und persönlichem Kundenkontakt und übernimmst Verantwortung bei der selbständigen Auskunftserteilung und Beratung von Bankdienstleistungen.
  • Du leistest mit deinem Engagement zur Erfüllung aller Kundenbedürfnisse einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Kundenbindung sowie Kundenzufriedenheit einer wichtigen und spannenden Kundengruppe.

  • Banklehre oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung als Assistent : in kombiniert mit Anlage- und / oder Finanzierungskenntnissen.
