Senior FP&A Managerin / Manager 80-100%

Stellenbeschreibung: Die Tertianum Gruppe befindet sich in einem Change Prozess. Zur weiteren Professionalisierung des Bereichs FP&A suchen wir eine erfahrene, flexible, mitdenkende und pragmatische Macher-Persönlichkeit für unser Team am Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständige Erstellung des monatlichen Reportings für Investoren, Banken und C-Level
  • Mitarbeit- und Mitgestaltung beim gruppenweiten Planungsprozess (Finanzplan, Forecast, Budget)
  • Technische Optimierung bestehender Reportings sowie technische Weiterentwicklung der Berichtsstrukturen (z.B. Erstellung von Dashboards via Power BI)
  • Erstellung konzernweiter Ad-Hoc Analysen für Investoren und Geschäftsführung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten, Management-Reports und Controlling-Prozessen
  • Modellierung von Financial Models (Gesamtheitliches Verständnis von P&L, Bilanz, Cashflow)

Ihr Profil:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Funktion oder in der Beratung (1st Tier oder 2nd Tier)
  • Alternativ Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate FP&A oder Private Equity Umfeld
  • Sehr hohe IT-Affinität sowie exzellente Excel (Financial Modeling, Power BI, Power Query) und Power Point Kenntnisse, SAP FI / CO Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen BI / Reporting-Systemen (z.B. Jedox, SAP BW) von Vorteil
  • Hohe Stressresistenz und die Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten
  • Hoher „Drive“, Tätigkeiten und Projekte umzusetzen in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Französisch- und / oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
