TasksWe are looking for an Territory Sales Specialist to support our Expansion plans in Switzerland:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted regions, focusing on potential restaurant partners or businesses that align with Future Kitchens’ expansion strategy.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit based on expansion criteria. Clearly communicate Future Kitchens’ value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with your ghost kitchen model.
- Schedule and confirm meetings/appointments for the Expansion team.
- Conduct meetings with potential partners and close new partners.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes, lead statuses, and next steps. Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to align on strategy, target accounts, and outreach priorities.
Motivated self-starter that wants to join a fast-growing startup:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Good command of German and French, other languages a plus.
- Driving license.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales outreach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience. Previous experience in the food service, hospitality, or SaaS industries a plus but not mandatory.
