Diese Rolle bietet die einzigartige Möglichkeit, direkt an der Umsetzung lokaler und internationaler Trainingsstrategien mitzuwirken und den Markt aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Mission

Als Product- and Technology Trainer (100%) bist du der Spezialist für Schulungen und Trainingsstrategien. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Aussendienst und das Verkaufspersonal unserer Partner stets auf dem neuesten Wissensstand sind. Mit innovativen Trainingsformaten und hochwertigen Inhalten stellst du sicher, dass Produkt- und Technologiewissen optimal vermittelt wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer wirkungsvollen Trainingsstrategie für Produkte und Technologien
  • Schulung von Aussendienstmitarbeitern, Merchandisern, Promotoren sowie Vertriebspartnern
  • Erstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Trainingsmaterialien und Lernformaten
  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Produkt- und Systemwissens nach dem „Train the Trainer“-Ansatz
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings-Events (z. B. Präsenztrainings, Inhouse-Workshops, In-Store-Trainings)
  • Definition und Monitoring relevanter KPIs zur Erfolgskontrolle der Schulungen
  • Reporting auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Coaching oder Training
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Training, idealerweise im Konsumgüter- oder Technologieumfeld
  • Eine mitreissende Art, um Wissen verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch und Italienisch sind ein Plus)
  • Ein selbstständiger, proaktiver und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
