Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Leitung der Produktion im Bereich Ersatzteilefertigung sowie Sicherstellung einer konstanten Materialversorgung (Rohstoffe und Halbfabrikate)
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Durchführung der Auftragsabwicklung, einschließlich der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung (AVOR), sowie die Fertigung von Ersatzteilen und Reparaturaufträgen.
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Teams in der Auftragsabwicklung und Produktion, sowie die Förderung einer effizienten und motivierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung der Durchlaufzeiten und Kostenreduktion, und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der relevanten Produktionsprozesse.
  • Prozessoptimierung und Prozessmanagement: Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozesseignern zur Erstellung und Verbesserung der Prozessdokumentation und Sicherstellung der Qualifizierung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder entsprechender Hochschulabschluss.
  • Zusätzliche Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder General Management.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fertigung, Herstellung und Planung von verschiedenen Bauteilen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Drehen, Fräsen, Laserschneiden, Schleifen und Pressen.
  • Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams in der Produktionsumgebung.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und der Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement sowie Methodenkompetenz in Lean-Methoden und Produktionsorganisation.
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im Produktionsbereich.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
