Head of Production and Logistics

In dieser Rolle tragen Sie wesentlich zur Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette bei. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sind Sie verantwortlich für flexible Produktionsstrukturen sowie für eine zuverlässige und effektive Logistik. Als Mitglied des Leitungsteams arbeiten Sie proaktiv und vorausschauend und tragen dazu bei, die Unternehmensentwicklung durch Aufgaben und Projekte aktiv mitzugestalten. In enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern sorgen Sie dafür, dass Fabrikation, Montage und Logistik in Bezug auf Prozesse, Personal, Qualität, Umweltfreundlichkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Technologie zukunftssicher und wachstumsorientiert aufgestellt sind.

**Gestalten Sie aktiv mit**:

- Führungs
- sowie Kostenverantwortung der Fabrikation, Montage und Logistik an einem Standort
- Gewährleistung einer gesunden und leistungsstarken Organisation mit etwa 25 Mitarbeitenden (zweistufig) durch gezielte Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Belegschaft
- Verantwortlich für die Steigerung der Produktivität und Prozesseffizienz z.B. durch LEAN-Management-Methoden, Kaizen sowie die Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs mittels KPI-Steuerung
- Entwicklung von Konzepten und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Produktivitätssteigerung sowie die Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit der Produktions
- und Logistikanlagen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Betriebsprozesse und Ausrichtung an Markt
- und Kundenbedürfnissen
- Festlegung der Rahmenbedingungen für optimalen Ressourceneinsatz und wirtschaftliche Auslastung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Montage
- Sicherstellung der Budgetierung und Ausgabensteuerung für betriebliche Kosten
- und Investitionspositionen

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Idealerweise Ingenieur
- oder Technikerausbildung (FH/HF) mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung (FH/HF)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem internationalen Produktions
- und Logistikumfeld eines herstellenden Industrieunternehmens (idealerweise Mechanik)
- Erprobte Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung und hoher Sozialkompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Projekt
- und Prozessmanagementfähigkeiten sowie hohe Methodenkompetenz in Operational Excellence und Change Management
- Pragmatischer Sinn für das Machbare, fundierte Kenntnisse der Wertschöpfungskette und die Fähigkeit, Bedürfnisse gegenüber den involvierten Schnittstellen zu formulieren und durchzusetzen
- Kommunikative, begeisterungsfähige sowie belastbare und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Hohe IT-Affinität im Bereich von Produktions
- und Logistiksoftware
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
