Optimize trading decisions and manage risk exposure effectively, ensuring maximum profitability within established risk limits. Leverage advanced data analytics, forecasting tools, and state‑of‑the‑art trading platforms to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate closely with analysts, risk managers, and operational teams to continually refine and enhance trading strategies. Mentor junior traders, sharing market expertise and enhancing overall team performance. Ensure strict adherence to market regulations and internal risk management guidelines. Key Requirements: At least 7 years of proven experience in power trading, specifically within short‑term markets. Deep understanding of European power markets, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. Strong proficiency with trading platforms, analytical tools, and forecasting models. Demonstrated ability to thrive and make swift, profitable decisions in a fast‑paced trading environment. Exceptional analytical, numerical, and interpersonal communication skills.
