Unsere Auftraggeberin, die Global Clearance Solutions AG (GCS) mit Sitz in Freienbach, ist ein privates KMU mit Niederlassungen in der Schweiz, in Deutschland, der Ukraine und Polen. Sie hat sich als Komplettanbieterin von Geräten und Lösungen zur Detektion und Entsorgung von Landminen sowie anderen explosiven Stoffen etabliert. Das Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und eine schnelle Time-to-Market gehören zu den Kernkompetenzen von GCS; dafür ist eine gute Abstimmung zwischen Verkauf, Product Management und Technologie entscheidend. In dieser neugeschaffenen Position werden Sie umfassend in das Unternehmen eingeführt und lernen neben den Ihnen unterstellten Product Managers Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen in den anderen Abteilungen kennen. Parallel dazu knüpfen Sie Kontakte zu den OEM-Partnern sowie zu Regierungen und NGOs, die in Krisenregionen für die Wiederherstellung ganzer Gebiete verantwortlich zeichnen. Ihr Fokus richtet sich auf den Product Life Cycle aller angebotenen Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Vom Innovationsprozess bis hin zur Industrialisierung der einzelnen Produktgruppen strukturieren und optimieren Sie die Vorgehensweisen im Unternehmen. Im Zentrum all Ihrer Tätigkeiten steht die Wirtschaftlichkeit. Sie schätzen eine Arbeitsumgebung mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, die die Entwicklung marktgerechter Lösungen fördert.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für die gesamte Prozesslandschaft im Product Management
- Einführung neuer Prozesse und Massstäbe zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Management-Team zur strategischen Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsmassnahmen
- Projektleitung im Bereich Product Management
- Führung, Aufbau sowie Weiterentwicklung des PM-Teams
- Nachhaltige Pflege und Ausbau von Kontakten zu OEMs und Regierungen
- Technologiescouting in den internationalen Märkten
Ihr Profil
- Höhere technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Marketing, Product Management oder Unternehmensführung
- Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung in Linie und in Projekten für Marketing, Innovationsmanagement oder Product Management
- Konzeptionelle und operative Fähigkeiten, die zu einem privat geführten KMU passen
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit soliden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
