To be located at our HQ in Rheinfelden, we are looking for an experiencedParalegal Legal & Compliance 80% - 100%Administration / Education / Social AffairsRheinfeldenYour key responsibilitiesLegal:Prepare and regularly update relevant contract and notification templates (such as CDAs, services agreements, termination notices, assignment agreements, amendment agreements, consulting agreements with non-HCPs etc.)Draft, review and independently negotiate certain types of agreementsStreamline the contract management process through the preparation and roll-out of a proper contract management SOP followed by regular trainingPrepare and update other relevant guidance documents such as document retention policy or dawn raid SOPManage the automation of the contract preparation and review process via Tillotts` contract management systemCompile monthly legal updates to the senior management and prepare other required presentations and formsManage meetings of the Legal departmentMonitor compliance with Tillotts` signature rules and provide training, as neededCompliance:Contribute to the development and maintenance of Tillotts Pharma compliance program in line with international laws and regulationsReview and assess interactions with Health Care Professionals, Health Care Organizations and Patient Organizations for compliance with internal policies and industry standards; draft and review related agreementsReview and advice on promotional and non-promotional materials under marketing, advertising, and promotional regulations for pharmaceutical productsSupport various compliance processes, including in the areas of third-party due diligence, anti-bribery and anti-corruption and avoiding conflicts of interestDraft, review and update internal guidance documentsDevelop and deliver compliance trainingsCollaborate in cross-border projects with compliance specialists in Tillotts Pharma AG’s affiliatesProvide guidance on compliance matters to business clients across departmentsWho you areCompleted training as paralegal or law studiesMinimum of 5 years of experience as paralegal in legal and compliance functions, ideally in the life science industryBusiness fluency in English and GermanTeam player with an independent and proactive attitudeStrong interpersonal and communications skillsHigh level of efficiency and attention to detailWhat we offerA great opportunity to work in a diverse environment where you can learn, develop your existing competences, and learn new skills.A good working environment where you can directly shape and affect our business.
