Description du Poste :

En tant que directeur / directrice e-Commerce de Dream Store SA, vous serez responsable de la gestion globale de l'entreprise, de la définition, la mise en place et l'exécution de la stratégie de la société, ainsi que de la réalisation des objectifs économiques et de croissance. Vous dirigerez une petite équipe talentueuse tout en opérant dans un esprit entrepreneurial et audacieux, tout en mettant en pratique votre expertise approfondie du e-commerce. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec le conseil d'administration pour atteindre les objectifs financiers et opérationnels.

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Stratégie et Leadership :
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie destinée à développer l'activité de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer la création et la présentation des budgets trimestriels et annuels au conseil d'administration.
  • Transposer les budgets en objectifs individuels et manager les équipes pour réaliser ces objectifs.
  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès du conseil d'administration, des conseils, des partenaires, des clients et des fournisseurs.
  • Présenter au conseil d'administration les résultats et les indicateurs de performance.

Gestion Financière :

  • Être responsable du chiffre d'affaires et de la rentabilité de la société.
  • Piloter la performance et la rentabilité de l'entreprise.

Gestion Opérationnelle :

  • Recruter, encadrer et manager les salariés de l'entreprise.
  • Négocier avec les fournisseurs sur les prix et les conditions de paiement.
  • Suivre, gérer le stock et les approvisionnements.
  • Définir les priorités et les moyens d'optimiser les outils de production.
  • Mettre en place des systèmes de paiement, de livraison et de gestion des stocks.

Marketing et Acquisition de Nouveaux Clients :

  • Définir la stratégie marketing de l'entreprise.
  • Gérer les budgets marketing et suivre le ROI campagne par campagne.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des campagnes d'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Analyser et interpréter les données pour optimiser les stratégies marketing sur tous les canaux d’acquisition : Affiliation, Google Ads, Réseau sociaux…

Vos compétences :

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des affaires, en économie, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que cadre supérieur, de préférence dans le secteur du bien-être, de la santé ou des produits de consommation.
  • Solides compétences en analyse de données et en utilisation d'outils d'analyse (Excel, Bigquery…).
  • Expérience prouvée dans la gestion de la croissance et l'expansion de l'entreprise.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.
  • Vision stratégique et capacité à innover.
