For Ibex Solutions, our recently launched biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, we have multiple openings. Become part of this exciting opportunity and join our team by applying for the position as Process Expert MSAT USP.
Key accountabilities and dutiesLead cross-functional teams tasked with technology transfers (process design and upscaling) and timely process implementation at manufacturing scale, covering the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from planning to project completion.
Act as the interface between the process donor (customer, process development) and operations to ensure process scalability and manufacturability.
Secure technology transfer success by applying formal processes and tools to manage the transfer of information, process-related risks, and change control.
Communicate directly with customers during campaign preparation, execution, and closure, including daily reporting of batch status and performance.
Resolve process issues that may arise during manufacturing while considering all regulatory requirements.
Compile process-related deviations and change requests.
Ensure timely compilation of campaign reports and related documentation.
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience; PhD preferred.
Preferred area of study: Biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, preferably in Mammalian Manufacturing.
GMP knowledge and a deep understanding of bioprocess technology.
Fluency in English; German preferred.
Strong leadership skills and very good communication skills.
Strong team orientation with a structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated, and dynamic drive.
Problem-solving approach.
