Transaction Manager

- Eigenständiges Identifizieren von geeigneten Liegenschaften und Grundstücken
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Transaktionsprozess inkl. Due-Diligence (DCF) und Vorstellen der Investmentmöglichkeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit internem und externem Stakeholder sowie mit Behörden und die Durchführung von notwendigen Abklärungen
- Erstellen von Machbarkeitsstudien und Koordination von externen Partnern im Bereich Architektur
- Durchführung von Markt- und Standortanalysen sowie von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Gremien
- Aufbau und Pflege eines marktrelevanten Netzwerks
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Idealfall mit einer immobilienrelevanten Weiterbildung, zum Beispiel als Immobilien-Treuhänder, MAS Real Estate Management oder MRIC
- Sie kennen den schweizerischen Immobilienmarkt und sind sicher in der Bewertung (DCF) von potenziellen Liegenschaften oder Grundstücken
- Dank Ihrer umfassenden Erfahrung mit Immobilientransaktionen kennen Sie die entsprechenden Vorgehensweisen
- Im Bereich Bau- und Planungsrecht verfügen Sie über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse
- In Deutsch sind Sie verhandlungssicher und haben fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
- Sie erwartet eine breite Palette interessanter Projekte in einem unternehmerischen Umfeld
