Are you highly motivated and do you value the expertise of a well-coordinated team?To strengthen our international F&B team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Demi-Chef de Rang for the current winter season 2025/2026Key ResponsibilitiesServing food & announcing it at the tableManaging your own stationWelcoming and looking after guestsBread & butter serviceWater serviceFood running from the kitchen pass to the various outletsBreakfast service and à la carte service in the eveningDaily mise en place tasksBuffet serviceCleaning tasks in the restaurant and officeCompliance with internal hotel standardsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCompleted training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.Resilience, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality.Structured and organized way of working.Keen interest in team-oriented work.Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest.Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite.
