what. is a consultancy that supports its clients with their web presence, the creation of digital products and their growth. We design and build enterprise websites and custom e-commerce solutions to help brands succeed online.

Responsibilities:

  1. Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)
  2. Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly.
  3. Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work.
  4. Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality.
  5. Report directly to the Head of Shopify
  6. Act as the right hand of the department lead, take over responsibilities when absent
  7. Support in creating client offers and individually creating client offers
  8. Upselling effort to existing clients
  9. Individually handle client projects
  10. Knowledge of other e-commerce systems, such as WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, or Prestashop
  11. A consultant who can talk to clients about solution definition, but also do some of the work
  12. At least 5 years of e-commerce experience
  13. Fluent in German
  14. Be close to Switzerland
