About the program

Our new European Aspire Retail Management Program offers you a unique opportunity to discover retail with a first-class luxury Maison in Europe. During this two-year accelerated Retail Management program, you will see every facet of the Cartier retail experience and will discover different markets and cultures. The first year of the program will embark you on several missions across Europe to discover all aspects of our boutique operations while the second will focus on the development of your boutique management skills. With rotations in the boutiques and missions with other business areas of the Maison, you will enjoy a unique start towards your retail management career.

The exceptional skills we are looking for

The program is for the entrepreneurial and agile, the open-minded and curious, and those who lead with emotional intelligence. You appreciate being part of a team from diverse international, educational and professional backgrounds. During the two years of the program you will have the opportunity to experience different missions across Europe and therefore you are totally mobile. You are fluent in English and one other language and have at least five years’ experience in either digital, marketing, retail, or client services. An MBA/MA is preferred.

Throughout your Aspire journey, we will provide you with the resources and coaching to take your next career step into your first managerial position in one of our renowned boutiques in Europe. From there, a multitude of possibilities await you to craft your career path within our unique Maison.
