Software Engineer – Radar Display Solution (H/F) This range is provided by Antaes Consulting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range CHF80,000.00/yr - CHF120,000.00/yr Project Join an Agile team in a complex, safety‑critical environment dedicated to radar display systems. Your role is to write software requirements and perform both manual and automated tests to ensure the reliability of mission‑critical software for air traffic management. Responsibilities Create and maintain Software Requirements Specifications and detailed test plans. Design and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring full traceability and accurate reporting. Develop automation scripts (C++, Squish, Python) and analyze incidents to identify root causes. Conduct formal system tests such as Factory Acceptance Tests. Document issues in JIRA and update test management tools. Contribute occasionally to development activities. Profile At least 5 years’ experience in air traffic control or another real‑time, safety‑critical domain. Proven background in software requirements writing and software testing. Strong experience with test automation tools (Squish, Jenkins) and knowledge of C++ or Python. Familiarity with standards such as ED153/ED109/ED12B-C and tools like IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is a plus. Highly analytical, organized, and rigorous, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Fluent English is required; French or German is an asset.
