Entwicklung passender Strategien und Massnahmen zur Optimierung der Supply Chain und des strategischen Einkaufsprozesses. Very INVERTO : Du setzt die Strategien um und realisierst echte Ergebnisse für den Kunden. Vielfältige Herausforderungen: Breite Kundenportfolios und Projekteinsätze im In- und Ausland für unterschiedlichste Branchen und Kunden. Von Start-ups, Handel, Konsumgüterbereich, der Energie- und Automobilindustrie bis zum Pharma- und Healthcare-Sektor. Intensive Kundenberatung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an Workshops, und Verhandlungen. Du präsentierst Prozesse und Strukturen, bist direkter Ansprechpartner und überzeugst Kunden mit schnellem Aufbau von Knowhow in der jeweiligen Branche. Branchenübergreifende Weiterentwicklung: Du hilfst beim unternehmensweiten Wissensaufbau durch Mitwirkung in verschiedenen Competence Centern. Und entwickelst dich so auch in zusätzlichen Themenfeldern weiter. Qualifications Bachelor- bzw. Masterstudium mit überdurchschnittlichem Abschluss. Praktische Erfahrungen in Einkauf, Supply Chain Management, Operations oder Consulting während des Studiums. Analytisches Denkvermögen, Mobilität, Begeisterung für neue Aufgaben, Spass am leistungsorientierten Arbeiten. Very INVERTO : Teamspirit. Auf dem Boden bleiben. Fairness. Spass.
