The opportunity

The International Tax & Transaction Services team advises the world's leading domestic and foreign companies on complex international restructurings, capital market transactions, supply chain projects, etc., and is one of the top advisors in Switzerland and worldwide.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of exciting consulting projects in the area of International Tax & Transaction Services and support our clients in providing tax advice in international tax law.
  • Be involved in multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects that cover transaction planning, due diligence, transfer pricing, tax accounting, reporting, technology and many other areas in addition to classic corporate taxes.
  • Opportunity to learn national and international corporate tax law in a well-founded and practice-oriented manner.

  • In close collaboration with colleagues and clients, you will work within a diversified environment including a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

  • Be involved in international tax topics, digital tools and AI solutions and thus, design new topics and create new solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • A recognized or ongoing diploma in economics/law or equivalent, including tax courses.
  • An excellent level of English and French; any other language is considered as a plus.
  • A solid analytical mind and the ability to combine method, rigor and transversal skills.
  • A true teammate, willing to invest yourself in a team.
  • A first experience in tax consulting and/or in-house tax is not a prerequisite but is an advantage.
