NTT D ATA is currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Solution Lead Architect for a UN Agency in Geneva.

This is a consultancy/freelance position for the period 01/05/2025 to 31/12/2025 with a possibility for extension in 2026.

Your role:
  • The organisation is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Lead Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions including Azure Entra. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 products and features, as well as the ability to stay ahead of product and feature changes to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Lead the architecture group and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Oversee architecture deliverables from domain architects covering core systems, infrastructure, data, and other areas.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Drive the implementation of M365 best practices in terms of Governance, Compliance and Security.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the integration and management of Azure Entra within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Proactively manage the Microsoft 365 Message Center to stay informed about product and feature updates.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365-related issues and incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft support and other vendors as needed.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Proven experience in identity and access management, security, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

Language skills: You are fluent in English.
