Job Description

  1. Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 resources, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability for services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  2. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security practices by configuring access controls, encryption mechanisms, and monitoring tools to safeguard data and meet compliance requirements within Microsoft 365.
  3. Automation and Orchestration: Develop and maintain automation scripts and templates for Microsoft 365 deployments, enabling consistent and repeatable processes using tools like PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
  4. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of Microsoft 365 services, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services, collaborating with other IT teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
  6. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime for Microsoft 365 services.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align Microsoft 365 strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3 years similar experience or proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure engineering.
  2. Microsoft 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD.
  3. Security Practices: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security features, identity and access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  4. Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes within Microsoft 365.
  5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to utilize Microsoft 365 monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve performance issues and outages.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent team spirit.
  7. Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to assess complex technical challenges, devise solutions, and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
  8. Bachelor degree in computer engineering or related field.
  9. Leadership and team spirit.
  10. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  11. Fluent in French and English.
