Für ein spannendes Data Management und Governance Projekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Data Architekten, der die aktuelle Situation analysiert, eine zukunftsfähige Data Lakehouse-Architektur entwirft und die Transformation hin zu einer modernen Cloud-basierten Datenplattform begleitet. Die Rolle umfasst sowohl die technische Architekturberatung als auch die strategische Roadmap-Entwicklung und die Unterstützung bei Beschaffung und Umsetzung. Aufgaben Aufnahme und Dokumentation der IST-Situation der bestehenden Datenarchitektur Design und Zielbild einer Data Lake- / Lakehouse-Architektur Unterstützung und Begleitung der Ausschreibung (RFI/RFP) für den zukünftigen Data Lake Erstellung einer Roadmap inkl. Stammdatenmanagement (MDM) und Business Intelligence (BI) Entwicklung einer Transformationsstrategie für Data & Analytics (Cloud / SaaS / On-Prem) Maturity Assessment der bestehenden Datenorganisation Grobschätzung von Aufwand, Betrieb und Ressourcenbedarf (FTEs, Infrastruktur, Kosten) Durchführung einer Marktanalyse mit Tool-Evaluation und Präsentation möglicher Lösungen Bereitstellung einer 2nd Opinion zu Architektur- und Cloud-Transformationsentscheidungen Mitwirkung an der Definition einer nachhaltigen Enterprise Data Strategy Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Enterprise Data Architecture, DWH-Modernisierung und Cloud-Transformationen Tiefes Verständnis von Data Lake / Lakehouse Architekturen (Azure, AWS oder GCP) Kenntnisse in BI-, MDM- und Governance-Frameworks Erfahrung mit Beschaffungsprozessen (RFIs/RFPs) und Tool-Evaluationen Strategische Denkweise, gepaart mit technischem Verständnis Erfahrung in Maturity Assessments und Transformationsstrategien Generelle Rahmenbedingungen Einsatz: 20%-60%, verhandelbar Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid, vor Ort Einsätze in Zürich Dauer: ca. 3-4 Monate Start: Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung später #J-18808-Ljbffr
