Our client, a leading European Infrastructure Manager with global expansion plans, is seeking an experienced Head / Senior Product Specialist, Investor Relations to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both new and existing clients, supporting the firm's continued growth in the infrastructure investment sector.

Investor Relations:
  1. Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication including the coordination of investors' questions and requests relating to the organisation and investor accounts, thereby acting as an interface between the organization and existing as well as prospective clients.
  2. Take ownership of the storylines of the infrastructure solutions including the relevant marketing documentation (press releases etc.).
  3. Responsible for the interface to the Private Banking Department regarding infra products.
  4. Actively support or take responsibility of third parties for example placement agents.
  5. Take ownership of processes regarding advisory committee meetings, investor calls, ad hoc client meetings: set up meetings, prepare materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and participate in meetings.
  6. Responsible for the final reporting in respect of the correct wording for the target customer groups.
  7. Leading the Investor Relations communications including content creation and responsibility of newsletters/articles in financial publications.
  8. Actively participate in and take ownership of internal projects (product development tasks etc.).
RFP Management:
  1. Take full ownership of the RFP / DDQ process from prospective investors using a broad set of content items and data that is gathered and already provided in the RFP / DDQ's.
  2. Be the owner of organisations active funds' standard DDQs and handle regular updates; develop RFP content items and data in general, improve efficiency in information sourcing.
Qualifications:
  1. 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity / Energy Transition Infrastructure, in a company with international orientation.
  2. 10 years of experience with RFP / DDQ processes as well as RFP content management.
  3. Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent tertiary education (Uni, Fachhochschule).
  4. Ability to oversee and understand complex and interdependent work streams, setting the right priorities and deadlines, constructively influencing others to deliver on agreed objectives.
  5. An understanding of the relevant legal frameworks of illiquid funds and experience in handling changes in Fund Documentation is a plus.
  6. Very good communication skills, open-minded, actively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Have a strong process orientation that leads to a structured and documented workflow.
  8. Outstanding organisational skills with hands-on and team player attitude.
  9. Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity.
  10. Pragmatic and solution-oriented working approach.
  11. Proactively tackle new topics and issues with a drive to bring about solutions.
  12. Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a structured approach and a reliable way of working.
  13. Ability to deal with uncertainty, flexible in thinking and acting, adjusting the behaviour to different stakeholders.
  14. Interest in sustainable energy infrastructure.
  15. Fluent in English and German is a must, both oral and in writing; bilingual is a plus.
  16. Advanced MS Office skills is a must.
