En tant que Data Scientist, vous serez au cœur de la valorisation des données chez Novatix. Vous travaillerez avec des clients de divers secteurs pour identifier des opportunités à fort impact, concevoir des modèles de Machine Learning et optimiser les processus décisionnels grâce à l’analyse avancée des données.

Responsabilités
  • Analyser et explorer des ensembles de données volumineux pour identifier des opportunités et générer des insights.
  • Développer et optimiser des modèles de Machine Learning et d’intelligence artificielle en fonction des besoins métier.
  • Effectuer des analyses statistiques avancées pour aider les clients à prendre des décisions basées sur les données.
  • Écrire du code robuste et optimisé en Python et SQL pour manipuler et transformer des données efficacement.
  • Travailler avec des technologies Big Data (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake) pour traiter des jeux de données à grande échelle.
  • Industrialiser et déployer des modèles de Data Science en production via MLOps et CI/CD.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et métier pour aligner les modèles et analyses sur les objectifs business.
  • Effectuer une veille technologique sur les nouvelles avancées en Data Science et IA.
Qualifications
  • 3+ ans d’expérience en Data Science, Machine Learning et analyse avancée des données.
  • Expertise en analyse statistique, modélisation et algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique.
  • Maîtrise de Python et SQL pour la manipulation et l’analyse de données.
  • Expérience avec des technologies Big Data (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop).
  • Connaissance des outils de visualisation de données (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Bonne compréhension des pratiques MLOps pour l’industrialisation des modèles IA.
  • Expérience en ingénierie des données et pipeline de traitement.
  • Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et analyse critique.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
Atouts Supplémentaires
  • Expérience avec les bases de données NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch).
  • Connaissance en traitement du langage naturel (NLP) et IA générative.
  • Expérience dans des environnements cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Expérience en optimisation de modèles et calcul GPU (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA CUDA).
