Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in line with business needs. Assist with the design and execution of the strategic IT roadmap based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Group initiatives. Oversee IT vendor management, ensuring coordination and service delivery from third-party providers. Continue the internal digitalization and automation by managing projects together with service lines business and corporate services. Take ownership of technical, tactical IT projects, overseeing their successful execution from initiation to completion. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and management practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the IT department. Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the IT organization. Build close relationships with the business stakeholders and raise the maturity of IT within the organization to become a true business partner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong technical background and understanding of various IT disciplines, including M365, Azure, Active Directory, and network management. Proven experience in an IT leadership role, we expect 5-8 years’ experience as an IT professional, ideally as a consultant. Experience in designing and implementing cyber/IT security and surrounding policies. Good written and verbal communication skills (German, French and English). Excellent organizational and technical skills.
