Senior Marketing Manager

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant 80% (m / f / d) you will assist and work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Operations Teams, in particular with regards to our e-commerce and communications activities.

The role will include the following key tasks:

  • Webshop management and website content creation, working in our Shopify platform and handling of images and texts.
  • Creating and sending newsletters, including writing texts and preparing images.
  • Basic graphic design for creating digital assets, images, and campaign materials to support the above key tasks.
  • Writing and developing marketing campaign texts in both English and German. Supporting with external communications, including press releases, blog posts, and media collaborations.
  • Supporting with the planning of product launches, including organising photo shoots and video productions.
  • Help prepare and coordinate events such as tradeshows or our factory sale.
  • Support with customer service when required.

Do you have…

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Sports Marketing, communications, or a similar field. You may also be enrolled in a postgraduate course in such fields.
  • Mandatory Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). French would be a bonus.
  • Familiarity with an office suite (MS / Google).
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and content management would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience with Shopify, and Mailchimp / Klaviyo would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Good written communication and content writing skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with digital content creation.
  • Interest and ideally experience in planning and executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational talent, and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge and passion for sports and marketing ideally also in cycling / triathlon.
  • Practical hands-on, team-oriented mindset for a small team environment.
