How will you make an impact?

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this role will have the responsibility of, but not limited to:

1. Administrative support for compliance projects and tools (Managing access rights, point of contact for tool assistance, follow up on deadlines, etc.)
2. Managing the Group policies repository
3. Maintaining the SharePoint compliance hub
4. Managing the Speak Up Q&A channel
5. Overseeing the reporting on Speak Up of locally reported cases
6. Filling out KYC/UBO requests
7. Sanctions/AML enhanced screening
8. Overseeing the compliance activities periodic reporting
9. Monitoring the compliance budget
10. Performing other related duties as instructed by the Head of Compliance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

1. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in the legal and/or compliance department of a multinational company, Swiss or international bank, or international organization.
2. Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Swiss CFC) or similar diploma in law, business management, or similar fields.
3. Experience in using SharePoint tool.
4. Experience in preparing reports.
5. Experience in sanctions/money laundering screening using World Check or similar tool.
6. Experience working with risk, ethics, and/or compliance.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross functional teams.
8. Native or fluent in at least two languages out of French, English and/or German; any other language being a plus.
9. Key personal strengths include initiative and proactivity, responsiveness, maturity and gravitas, strong stakeholder management capabilities, highest work standards, good oral and written communication skills and the ability to adapt style as required depending on priorities and circumstances, strong analytical skills.
