Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.ResponsibilitiesDefine & execute precisely defined testing protocol of Hardware, Firmware & Software for Drones, Accessories & Apps:Planning and performing test flights on production drones: executing quality control of drones to ensure our customers receive a good productConduct quality control on incoming components and outgoing productsImplementing and testing new products and processes for productionDebugging in case of failure of the product and or test equipmentExplore product usability from customer perspective: proactively seek to exercise all possible user workflows and explore how they map onto the usability of the productProcess flight data measurements using photogrammetry & LIDAR softwares, ensuring workflow/data quality sanity, and product meeting performance specificationsContinuous improvement of the processes according to Lean principles. Actively participating in Kaizen events to improve our production efficiencyInstructing and onboarding new team members in plane commissioningEngagement and support of assembly and repairRequirementsDrivers Licence (Category B)Precise and independent workCommitted to qualityExcellent English skills (B2+), both written and spokenAdaptable and accountableReliable and open to feedbackPlusAt least 2 years of working experience in quality controlExperience as a user of ERP systemsFluent in GermanWe offerYoung and dynamic teamFlexible working hours, no shift workGaining experience and personal development in an innovative and fast-growing companyFree snacks, a ping-pong table and lots of enthusiastic Wingtranauts ;-)If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
