Analytik & Laborleitung – Teamführung und GMP-Compliance Unser Auftraggeber ist ein spezialisierter Entwickler und Hersteller von Peptiden für Anwendungen in Pharma, Biotechnologie, Diagnostik und Kosmetik. Am Standort in der Region Zürich Nord arbeiten rund 100 Mitarbeitende in einem dynamischen, GMP-regulierten Umfeld.Wir suchen Sie als neue Leitung für die Abteilung Quality Control mit zwei Bereichen: Analytical Development (AD) und QC-Labor. Im Einzelnen bedeutet dies: fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von insgesamt 9 Mitarbeitenden Organisation eines effizienten Laborbetriebs inkl. Probenzug Analytische Freigabe von Rohstoffen, Zwischen- und Endprodukten Sicherstellung der GMP-/GDP- und ISO-konformen Laborprozesse sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Abläufe Vertretung der QC in Projekten sowie enge Schnittstellenarbeit mit QA, AD und Produktion Initiierung, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen bei Abweichungen, OOS, Change Control und CAPA Ihr Profil Hochschulabschluss in Naturwissenschaften (MSc.
