We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.**Client Lifecycle Process Manager**As a Client Lifecycle Process Manager at Lombard Odier, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the end-to-end client experience — across both digital and in-person channels. This role emphasizes designing seamless front-to-back processes that support the client lifecycle through a variety of tools, including digital platforms, and operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the desired client experience and ensure that business and operational processes are aligned to deliver it effectively.**YOUR ROLE*** Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing client lifecycle processes, tasks, and supporting tools — whether digital or manual — to design and maintain efficient, client-centric workflows.* Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to define and document business requirements that support the desired client experience, both in-person and digitally.* Translate business needs into clear process designs, ensuring regulatory requirements are embedded and operational feasibility is maintained.* Partner with IT and business teams to ensure that supporting tools are effectively supporting the client lifecycle.* Assess the impact of changes on client lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with the overall client experience strategy.* Monitor and evaluate the performance of client lifecycle tools and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with experts to implement solutions.* Provide training and support to front-office and operational teams to ensure consistent delivery of the defined client experience**YOUR PROFILE*** Master degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Combined expertise is a strong plus.* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Fintech presales specifically with CRM, in the financial services or technology sectors.* Strong understanding of client lifecycle processes with an understanding of local (if possible European as well) regulation and requirements.* Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Dynamics, other…) and their integration with other bank systems.* Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively between business and IT teams.* Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools allowing to design exhaustive and seamless processes* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to recommend actionable solutions while evaluating impacts* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.**Our Maison’s DNA** is defined by five core values. **Excellence** drives us to be the best at what we do, while **Innovation** fuels our progress. **Respect** underpins every interaction, and **Integrity** shapes our actions.
