Was dich erwartet:
  1. Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung des Schichtbetriebs unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
  2. Effizienzsteigerung durch Analyse der bestehenden Prozesse, Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Implementierung optimierter Systeme
  3. Einführung neuer Produkte sowie fortlaufende Verbesserung der Produktqualität im Einklang mit den Zielen der Produktion und unter Einhaltung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  4. Überwachung der Revisionsplanung, Produktionsplanung und Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses
  5. Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungen Prozesstechnik und Schicht unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmenswerte und Führungsprinzipien
  6. Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsstrategien: Pflege und Anpassung der Expertensysteme (z.B. KilnMaster, MillMaster, Digital Twin) sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden in deren Anwendung
  7. Förderung einer konstruktiven, abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
Was du mitbringst:
  1. Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker mit fundierter Berufserfahrung als Prozesstechniker
  2. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und Praxis im industriellen Umfeld
  3. Tiefgehendes Wissen über technische Anlagen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Verfahrenstechnik, Regelungstechnik, anorganischer Chemie und Betriebswirtschaft
  4. Analytisches, vernetztes Denken mit einer lösungsorientierten, prozessbezogenen Herangehensweise
  5. Kommunikationsstärke mit einer zielgerichteten und überzeugenden Ausdrucksweise
  6. Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke
  7. Hohe soziale Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, eine kooperative Zusammenarbeit zu fördern
  8. Starkes Bewusstsein für Sicherheitsstandards
