Foodlicious ist unser Tagesgeschäft

Aus der Taverne Roche ist in über 30 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Gastronomieunternehmen im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie entstanden. Die Tavero AG ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der F. Hoffmann-La Roche. An den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst beschäftigen wir rund 350 Mitarbeitende aus über 37 Nationen.

Unser Angebot reicht von Staff Restaurants die Vielfalt leben, Restaurants der gehobenen Küche mit exzellentem Service - dem Fine Dining, Cafeterien mit Köstlichkeiten aus aller Welt und Kaffee in allen Varianten, gezaubert von unseren Baristi, bis zu den höchstgelegenen Lounges der Schweiz, über den Dächern der Stadt als traumhafte Afterwork Spots sowie Take Aways von Sushi bis Burger und dem ersten und einzigen Club der Roche Geschichte. Im hauseigenen Culinary Store findest du ausgewählte Produkte, feinste Köstlichkeiten aus unserer huusgemacht Linie und erlebst bei spannenden Kochkursen unsere Leidenschaft gemeinsam mit uns.

Zusätzlich bieten wir unseren Gästen Sitzungszimmer- und Eventcatering für bis zu 1500 Personen an. Die öffentlichen Gatronomien, das Schöpfli im Park und das Chez Jeannot im Museum Tinguely, komplettieren unser Angebot.

Aufgaben
  • Speditives Schöpfen am Buffet und stetiges Bereitstellen der Speisen und Getränke
  • Korrekte Auskunft über Angebot in seinem Outlet/Verkaufspunkt
  • Entgegenkommen bei Sonderwünschen
  • Erfahrung Kassensystem
  • Tägliche Reinigungsarbeiten und Mitarbeit in der Abwaschküche
  • Erreichen einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit
  • Bereitschaft zu Sonderleistungen ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Arbeitszeiten: Mo-Fr je ca. 4h/Tag (Rahmen: 10-16 Uhr)
Profil
  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und im Office Bereich von mindestens 2 Jahren
  • Die Gastronomie ist deine Leidenschaft & zufriedene Gäste sind dein tägliches Ziel
  • Du bist flexibel und bereit für gelegentliche Abend- und Wochenendeinsätze
  • Gute und sichere Umgangsformen
  • Selbstständige, flexible und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer
  • In einer digitalen Welt wünschen wir uns zudem, einen sicheren Umgang mit Computerprogrammen (MS Office)
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

In over 30 years, Tavero Roche has developed into a successful catering company in the field of communal catering. Tavero AG is a 100% subsidiary of F. Hoffmann-La Roche. At our Basel and Kaiseraugst locations, we employ around 350 people from over 37 nations.

Our offering ranges from staff restaurants that live diversity, upscale restaurants with excellent service - fine dining, cafeterias with delicacies from all over the world and coffee in all varieties, conjured up by our baristas, to the highest lounges in Switzerland, above the rooftops of the city as dreamy after-work spots as well as takeaways from sushi to burgers and the first and only club in Roche history. In the in-house Culinary Store you will find selected products, the finest delicacies from our homemade line and experience our passion with us in exciting cooking courses.

We also offer our guests meeting room and event catering for up to 1500 people. The public restaurants, the Schöpfli in the park and the Chez Jeannot in the Tinguely Museum, complete our offering.
