The Position Introduction As Solutions Business Manager, you will be part of the Solution Management team developing solutions which generate greater customer values. This is a critical role within the business area, Roche Information Solutions, as we are looking to bring an integrated offering of commercial solutions to our customers. Being part of the Diagnostics Insights team, we will be transforming the diagnostic industry with significant emphasis on data driven solutions for our lab customers and beyond whereas the user can be also a patient or a provider. This transformation will impact the way other parties in the healthcare ecosystem operate. In this role, you will be the bridge between these transformations and current market needs. You will champion the customer's voice, gathering deep insights to develop accurate interface and feature requirements for our new solutions. The Opportunity: Translate deep customer needs and feedback into actionable solution user stories to drive value for the patient and provider Collaborate closely across various product teams connected to both Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and Roche Information Solutions (RIS) Champion the voice of the customer to ensure the team has a clear understanding of development goals and the value the solution delivers Ensure the solutions developed are commercially viable and capable of generating independent business value Drive agile processes by actively participating in sprints, scrum sessions, PI planning, and retrospectives Partner with product teams to scope and prioritize user stories, designing elegant user experiences that solve specific customer pain points Execute the solution roadmap by converting high-level strategies into compelling, manageable customer stories Manage external collaborations and internal programs that span across established business and customer areas Who you are: You possess relevant experience in business, commercial, or marketing roles, integrating products within life science or technology industries You bring preferred experience in healthcare software solutions, specifically within health IT, digital health, or data science domains You demonstrate a strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering improved solutions to lab customers and the wider ecosystem You have a strong vision for the evolving diagnostic environment and understand the intersection of clinical healthcare and technology You are a self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced environments, adept at solving complex problems where limited standardization exists You exhibit strong influencing and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders varying from technical experts to business leaders You hold strong business acumen with hands-on experience in rolling out pilots, transforming customer needs into clear business requirements and models Call to Action: Ready to bring your unique qualities to Roche and make an impact?
