Director, Recruitment (EMEA) - Pharma / Biotech / Medical Device & CRO at Planet Pharma Role: Computer System Validation Specialist Location Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive in line with skills and experience The Opportunity This strategic and hands-on role oversees system validation across manufacturing, laboratory, and digital functions. You will ensure that systems remain fully compliant with GAMP 5, data integrity expectations, and relevant regulatory requirements, while partnering closely with system owners to drive operational excellence. You’ll act as a visible technical authority and trusted collaborator across the organisation, helping teams innovate without compromising robust compliance. What You’ll Do Lead CSV activities across manufacturing, QC laboratories, and IT Develop and review URS, FRS, risk assessments, validation plans, and reports Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ execution and lifecycle documentation Ensure systems such as LIMS, eQMS, MES, ERP, and SCADA meet GAMP 5 and data integrity standards Support internal teams during audits and inspections Advise system owners and drive continuous improvement across the organisation What We’re Looking For Extensive CSV experience in GMP/GxP environments Strong knowledge of GAMP 5 and data integrity principles Experience supporting regulatory audits as a CSV subject‑matter expert Familiarity with ERP, LIMS, MES, SCADA, TrackWise, or cloud‑based systems Fluency in English A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions Interested?
