Senior Supply Planner

You’ll leverage tools like Power BI, Qlik, and advanced Excel analytics to visualize key metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements to the supply process.ResponsibilitiesCreate and update production schedule / replenishment planning weekly within defined horizonReview production and inventory schedules to plan accurate product allocations.Monitor and analyze production KPI metrics to identify problems and drive solutionsAllocate finished goods materials to customer ordersMaintain sufficient inventory at all storage locations with 100% inventory accuracy (storage to system)Maintain sufficient packaged inventories to support inventory targets and customer needsEnsure data integrity within all tools and systemsProvide analysis and recommendations in support of SKU rationalization processesRecommend and manage to material code inventory min / max levelsProvide decision support and identify imbalances with demand / capacity information from a 30 day perspectiveAssign carriers to customer shipments when covering assigned linesParticipate in any inventory cycle or full physical counts each yearDevelop supply planning processes to optimize inventory while ensuring customer satisfactionAudit adherence to and report out of supply planning processesAnalyze and communicate on key supply planning KPI’sRepresent supply scheduling in cross functional projectsDetermine the best methods to communicate and continually adapt as needs changeWhat You’ll NeedEducation :Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related fieldExperience :Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in supply planning, scheduling, or data analyticsStrong experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik).Demonstrated understanding of product and process cost structures in making informed planning decisionsDemonstrated inventory management experience, including determining stock level targets and management of obsolete inventoryStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated aptitude with math and statisticsStrong problem solving, innovative, and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)Work EnvironmentThis role could spend up to 30% of their time in the manufacturing environmentPosition Type / 40 hours / weekThis is a full-time position.
