Our Central Finance and Controlling team in Pfaeffikon SZ is looking for a Student Support. This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.

In this role, you will:

  1. Support the team in the quarterly retrocession and rebate process, which includes the calculations of retrocessions and rebates, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, answering ad-hoc client inquiries, and preparing various internal reports;
  2. Assist in the monthly/quarterly management fee reconciliations process;
  3. Support in the annual budget process (with a focus on revenues);
  4. Help out in various ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

  1. Currently studying accounting, finance, economics or similar at Bachelor or beginning of Master level;
  2. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, combined with a strong affinity to work with and analyze data; data modeling skills are a plus;
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German;
  4. Previous work experience (internships or similar support roles) is a plus;
  5. Team player with strong social skills and the ability to also work independently.

Home Office: after the successful introduction period you will have the option to work a maximum of 40% of your time from home in Switzerland. Additionally, you will receive a Home Office allowance.
