In this role, you will support value creation and profitability across multiple European markets by contributing to supplier tenders and assisting with international commercial initiatives.Job DescriptionProvides hands‑on assistance to purchasing professionals and liaises with regional teams and vendors.Supports procurement cycles from initial vendor search and agreement signing to tender documentation, contract finalization, and reporting.Facilitates communication across the network and organizing calls and team sessions.Handles administrative responsibilities such as document management and sample tracking.Participates in regular team syncs to ensure priority alignment.The Successful ApplicantIn order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:Successfully completed academic background or a commercial degreeAt least 2-3 years of experience in similar function, ideally as an operative buyer within the consumer goods or retail industry.Previous experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.Proficient user in MS Office, as well as internal CRM and ERP systems.Solid English skills are required.Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with professionals at all levels.Demonstrates a positive attitude and resilience while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel (approximately 10‑20%).What's on OfferAn open, forward‑thinking team awaits—characterized by flat hierarchies and dynamic collaboration.
