Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons unBusiness Unit Manager (F/H)

Vos Rôles & Responsabilités

Nous recherchons une personne qui aime entreprendre et qui souhaite apporter sa valeur ajoutée à une société ambitieuse et en pleine croissance.

  • Développement commercial et gestion de votre périmètre: détecter, négocier et conclure la vente de prestations structurées à forte valeur ajoutée
  • Participer aux réponses aux appels d’offres et à toutes les offres commerciales
  • Définir les ressources et les moyens nécessaires afin de vous assurer du bon déroulement des projets de vos clients
  • Participer au recrutement, encadrer et faire évoluer votre équipe de consultants
  • Manager votre centre de profit : Définir un business plan et la stratégie commerciale, piloter le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité de vos projets, fidéliser vos collaborateurs.

Objectifs: fidéliser vos clients, développer la carrière de vos consultants, fédérer vos équipes et évoluer rapidement vers des fonctions managériales

Compétences Recherchées
  • Première expérience commerciale réussie, idéalement dans le domaine des Systèmes d’Information et/ou de l’Ingénierie
  • Connaissance du marché Suisse
  • Intérêt prononcé pour les nouvelles technologies
  • Dynamique et exigeant
  • Aisance relationnelle
  • Proactif et créatif
  • Véritable goût d’apprendre et d’entreprendre
Qualifications
  • Formation : Master eninformatique, gestion ou commerce
  • Expériences : 5 ans d’expérience
  • Langue : Bon niveau d'anglais
