OverviewDecisive Leap Partners (DLP) is a private equity firm headquartered in Switzerland that invests in, acquires, and scales small and medium‑size businesses in the field of image processing and imaging technology in Switzerland and Germany. We work with business owners seeking succession plans but who do not wish to sell to a private equity firm or a large corporation. As operators, CEOs, and entrepreneurs ourselves, we provide a long‑term, sustainable solution for these owners.We are looking for motivated, talented, mid‑career professionals who aspire to partner with us to search for, acquire, and lead a small or medium‑sized enterprise.ResponsibilitiesYou will start as an Operating Partner / Advisor and will go through a vetting process with our team to assess fit.Our team will source opportunities while you remain employed elsewhere.You will participate in evaluating, due diligence, and acquisition of a small‑medium enterprise, and help develop a growth plan for 12–24 months and 5–10 years.Upon acquisition, if the business aligns with your background, you will become its CEO and our Operating Partner group will support execution of the growth plan.You will receive an attractive incentive package, including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.Must‑Have Requirements10+ years of professional experienceExperience managing teamsExperience running and growing businesses or business unitsP&L responsibilityHaving a strategic vision for a sector or industryStrong motivation towards entrepreneurshipFluency in German and EnglishJob DetailsSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: OtherJob function: Business Development and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
