Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in strict alignment with overall business objectives, fostering growth, profitability, and sustainability.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. These efforts are crucial for strategic decision-making and effective resource allocation.

• Financial Controls and Compliance: Establish and rigorously maintain financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and full compliance with international financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Cash Flow and Capital Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimise the company’s financial performance and support ongoing operations and expansion.

• Financial Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and analysis, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial insights to senior management, investors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Professional Experience: Proven track record as a CFO or similar executive role within the SaaS industry, with substantial experience in corporate financial management and fundraising, specifically Series A rounds.

• Technical and Analytical Skills: High proficiency in financial management systems and advanced skills in financial modelling and analysis. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is essential.

• Project Management: Demonstrated excellence in project management, capable of leading complex projects under tight deadlines.

• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of building relationships with key business stakeholders and potential investors.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, displaying flexibility and a capacity to pivot financial strategy based on changing business needs.
