Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden und Maklern in der Schweiz zusammen, mit der Option, auch Kunden in anderen Regionen zu betreuen. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner (w / m / d) für alle Fragen unserer Kunden in Bezug auf die Themen Schadenverhütung und -kontrolle, Betriebsunterbrechungsrisiken und dem Schutz neuer Technologien und Fertigungsverfahren.

Über die Rolle

Als Account-Ingenieur (w / m / d) für unsere internationalen Industriekunden definieren Sie die Servicestrategie, helfen unseren Underwritern bei der Risikoselektion und tragen zum profitablen Wachstum unseres Versicherungsgeschäfts bei.

Sie bewerten, interpretieren und bilden sich Ihre technische Meinung zur Risikoqualität, entweder auf Grundlage von Risikoinformationen Dritter oder anhand von Risikobesichtigungen vor Ort, und helfen unseren Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Risikoverbesserungen im Bestand und bei Neubauprojekten.

Sie setzen Prioritäten und Ziele für die Risikoentwicklung und arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden und Maklern zusammen, um eine langfristige Beziehung aufzubauen. Aufbauend auf Ihren Fachkenntnissen können Sie sich in verschiedenen Branchen und ausgewählten Industriezweigen zum Spezialisten (w / m / d) weiterentwickeln. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören auch die Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Initiativen und bei der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategien, die Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Richtlinien, Standards und Veröffentlichungen oder die Hilfe beim Entwickeln neuer innovativer Serviceangebote.

Im Verbund mit anderen Märkten innerhalb von EMEA mit Büros in München, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Zürich, Paris, Mailand, Madrid, Amsterdam, Kopenhagen, London und Johannesburg zeichnen wir uns durch ein hohes Maß an Einsatz, positiver Energie, Teamgeist und tiefgreifendem Fachwissen aus. Wir suchen einen Ingenieur (w / m / d) mit sicherem Auftreten, sozialer Kompetenz und einem serviceorientierten Ansatz gegenüber internen und externen Partnern. Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Präsentationsfähigkeiten und einen ausgeprägten unternehmerischen Blick für das Geschäft, ohne dabei das technische Detail aus den Augen zu verlieren. Das sind Ihre Qualifikationen :

  • Hochschulabschluss in einem Ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Risikoingenieur (w / m / d) oder im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, Schadenverhütung und -kontrolle oder technisches Risikomanagement (2-5 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung mit lokalen und internationalen Regelwerken für den anlagentechnischen und baulichen Brandschutz (VKF, CEA, NFPA)
  • Großes Interesse am (Rück-)versicherungsgeschäft und an der Risikotechnik
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten mit einer hohen Affinität für neue Technologien, Szenario-Denken und dem Erkenntnisgewinn aus großen Datenmengen (Microsoft Office, Datenbanken und Statistiken)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Französisch ist für diese Stelle ein absolutes Plus
  • Reisebereitschaft
