Position title: Financial Analyst

Location: Bern (Hybrid working)

Length of contract: 6 month fixed term (Expectation to extend)

Haybury have partnered with a global pharmaceutical organization based in Switzerland as they seek a talented Financial Analyst to support on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting position supporting global projects to ensure accurate budget forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Under supervision responsible for delivering financial and operational processes for the Regulatory Affairs function of the business
  2. Ensure accurate accounting for invoices, time sheets and registration fees
  3. Prepare accruals for annual financial close
  4. Responsible for financial planning and reporting including budget management, forecasting and data consolidation
  5. Assist stakeholders with strategic planning for budgetary processes
  6. Prepare and deliver financial reports and variance analysis to key global stakeholders
  7. Support the resourcing and vendor management activities including contract requests and expense tracking
  8. Key point of contact for stakeholders building strategic relationships to ensure financial reports and accounting related issues are resolved within a timely manner

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
  2. 3 - 5 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
  3. Experience using SAP products
  4. Advanced knowledge of Excel
  5. Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
