How you make a difference

  • In this function, you are responsible for the financial management of Swiss Post's real estate portfolio and for the technical management of real estate investment controlling.
  • In doing so, you further develop portfolio controlling and define KPIs for management.
  • With your flair for communication, you advise asset managers by providing analyses and developing suitable management measures with them.
  • You also prepare specific analyses for Post Real Estate's Executive Board and Board of Directors.
  • You work together with the Group's Investment Management team and ensure the smooth running of the interface.

What you have to offer

  • You have completed Master's level business management training. Advanced training in the real estate sector is an advantage.
  • You also have several years of professional experience in finance and real estate management. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Your key strengths are your joined-up thinking and actions, a solution-oriented approach, and ability to learn quickly.
  • You are proactive, work in a structured way, and focus on achieving efficient results.
  • Your confident manner and hands-on approach help you in communicating with your stakeholders. You also have a very good command of German and good knowledge of French.
