As we grow rapidly, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?For our location in Zurich/Geneva, we are seeking a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.YOUR ROLE:Maintain Healthcare GDP compliance and conduct risk assessments.Collaborate closely with the central QHSE team to structure the integrated Management System.Maintain management systems related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy.Plan, implement, and follow up on internal and external audits of areas and processes.Analyze processes and optimize risk analyses related to products.Handle non-conformities and drive continuous improvement via the PDCA cycle.Enhance process quality.Serve as the contact point for quality management, environmental protection, health and safety, and energy (EN ISO 9001 GDP).Create statistics to measure key performance indicators and support related initiatives.Evaluate suppliers, especially service providers related to QHSE.Plan, prepare, and conduct training sessions.Support occupational safety meetings, conduct workplace inspections, and prepare risk assessments. Track and manage work and commuting accidents.REQUIREMENTS:QM qualification or relevant professional experience.Experience in quality management and process understanding.Knowledge of EN ISO 9001 & GDP; TAPA knowledge is advantageous.Excellent written and spoken English skills.Structured, strategic, goal-oriented, and solution-focused work approach.Strong customer and service orientation.Independent thinking, decision-making skills.Healthcare sector experience is a plus but not mandatory.Training as an auditor is preferred.Experience with air and sea freight.Professional experience as a quality officer or auditor is advantageous.As part of the CMA CGM group, diversity is vital to our success.
