Data Quality Manager
pour définir, piloter et garantir la qualité des données au sein de l'organisation. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place des standards, des processus et des indicateurs de qualité afin d'assurer la fiabilité, la cohérence et la valeur des données utilisées par les équipes métiers et IT.

Missions principales

  • Définir la stratégie et la gouvernance de la qualité des données en lien avec la stratégie data globale.
  • Mettre en place les règles, standards et indicateurs de qualité des données.
  • Piloter les processus de contrôle, de mesure et d'amélioration continue de la qualité des données.
  • Identifier les causes racines des problèmes de qualité et proposer des plans d'actions correctifs.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes data, IT et métiers pour garantir l'application des bonnes pratiques.
  • Superviser la mise en œuvre d'outils de data quality, de data profiling et de data monitoring.
  • Assurer la documentation des règles, processus et référentiels de données.
  • Accompagner les projets data pour intégrer la qualité dès la conception.
  • Sensibiliser et former les équipes à la culture data quality.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et produire des reportings à destination des parties prenantes.

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en Data, Informatique, Systèmes d'Information ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée en data quality, data governance ou data management.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements data (data warehouse, data lake, BI).
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies de qualité des données.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de structuration et de communication.
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et esprit d'amélioration continue.
  • Capacité à travailler en transverse avec des équipes techniques et métiers.
